The Acrobat version of the registration form in the table above has to be printed, filled out manually and mailed in along with a cheque. If you want to expedite reserving a booth, you can access one of two editable versions of the registration form using the links that follow:

RTF version (can be opened with MS Word or Open Office)

DOC version (this is in MS Word 1997-2004 format)

You can electronically complete either the RTF or DOC versions and then e-mail them to registration@rotarynr.ca. A booth will set aside for you. However, to complete your registration you will have to (a) print the completed form, (b) sign it, and (c) mail it in along with a cheque to the address provided within the registration form itself.
